And with the introduction of the Viking Longships in 2012, we are ready to do it all over again. These six revolutionary vessels will join our award-winning European fleet, including Europe’s first “green” river ship, Viking Legend, and the environmentally conscious Viking Prestige. And from the purpose-built Viking Fontane and Viking Schumann on the Elbe to our doubled capacity in France aboard Viking Europe, Viking Neptune, Viking Pride and Viking Spirit, you will always enjoy the right ship in the right place.

Viking Aegir
In 2012, we will debut six state-of-the-art ships in Europe expertly designed with you in mind. Viking Aegir and her five sister ships, Viking Embla, Viking Freya, Viking Idun, Viking Njord and Viking Odin, feature more full-size verandas and full-size staterooms than on any other ship in Europe. Plus, the lounge has been reinvented with Viking’s patent pending design that allows floor-to-ceiling windows to roll aside to create a unique area that combines the comfort of the indoors with the fresh air and exhilaration of the outdoors. Viking Embla
